Through the Valve product Filling Station

Pictured above are our sanitary bag on valve filling heads. These heads, combined with our sanitary product pump, allow you to produce a high quality bag on valve product required by most bag on valve customers.

Pictured above is our semi-automatic through the valve gassing machine. The operator places a crimped container into the locator pocket behind the safety shield, simultaneously activates the 2 ergonomic palm buttons which allows the gassing head to lower onto the container injecting a preset amount of gas into the aerosol can.

This machine can be provided with any of our stations:

• Product Filler
• Crimper
• Through the Valve Gasser
• Piston can Gassing (Sepro or Plug Can)
• Under the Cup Gassing for BOV (Bag On Valve)
• Through the Valve Product Filling for BOV (Bag On Valve)

We can also provide a base with multiple stations mounted on it.

MBC can provide you with semi-automatic machines for slower speed requirements and lab use. If you only need 1 to 10 cans per minute, these machines will fit your needs perfectly. These stations can be easily added to automated machinery in the future if required.
