MBC has designed a new positive placement diptube valve inserter station that mounts on indexing equipment, either new or existing MBC machinery or existing other manufacturers indexing machinery. Most of the manufacturers use air to push the valve into the can. Unfortunately with curled diptubes or thick products the valve doesn’t always get in the can or the force it takes to get it in the can splash the product. The MBC Valve inserter physically pushes the valve into the container gently but swiftly and, if it’s a dimpled valve, seats it.

Due to a successful year in 2009, it quickly became apparent that to continue servicing the needs of our ever expanding customer base, we quite simply needed more room. As business in 2010 is showing no signs of slowing, we are looking to triple the size of our current location. The new 10,000 sq ft location will add many new features that MBC wanted to focus on to continue our first class service for our customers.

The larger floor space will allow us to drastically shorten delivery times by providing additional space to Stock Base Machinery and expand our parts inventory as we increase our product lines to support our customers' needs. MBC also plans to allocate 3,500 sq ft to a CNC machine shop to help us support our customers' more time sensitive components, research and development projects, change parts and increase both small and large scale projects.

We will also be providing a new service for customer who are interested in entering the market of aerosol or Bag on Valve who have a need to test their products prior to investing capitol in machinery by  sample filling  in our Lab on MBC lab equipment.  We will also be able to provide temporary product production for the customer as the machine is being built.

An increase in office space will allow us to add to our support staff with additional engineers, clerical, parts and service management etc.
